My client is hosting an annual leadership conference with the theme ‘Own, Lead, Grow’, focusing on the steady growth through accountability, ownership, and leadership development.
The design explores the dynamic movement of a dotted spiral. Emerging from a central point and moving forward, it symbolises ownership and leadership, guiding the business through evolution and continuous growth.
