The client requested a bespoke concept for a sales strategy document for their client, a student accommodation provider. As a B2B business focused on property sales and development, the brief was to create a visually youthful and vibrant design.

The design uses a colourful, neon-inspired palette to convey energy and youthfulness. The rounded, overlapping shapes intersect to represent young people from diverse backgrounds connecting with each other, celebrating diversity and shared engagement.
